Shipping and returns

We know how terrible it is to wait for the precious vape mail, so we aim to process and ship all orders the same working day if your order is placed and received by us before 12:00 PM GMT (except weekends and holidays). Under certain circumstances, however, it may take us as long as 1-2 business days to process your order. We have implemented a cost-by-size system to make the prices fairer, especially for smaller orders – the UK shipping cost now starts at just £0.80. We can send orders containing solely plastic 10ml bottles at the “Large Letter” rate, but anything thicker than 2.5cm has to go at the “Small Parcel” rate which is substantially higher. 30ml bottles and glass 10ml bottles are unfortunately too wide to be classed as a “Large Letter”, so the 2nd class shipping cost for those is £3.20.

Shipping is a separate service provided by Royal Mail and we are not responsible for any shipment that is not sent via Signed For™ post, or showing delivered but claimed to be not received by you.

International shipping information
On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. If the country your order is being delivered to isn’t in the European Union, then any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns
If making a return during your 7-day cooling-off period, the items returned must be in unused condition and in original and unopened packaging. The items will not be accepted if they do not meet these conditions, or a restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. Returns cannot be accepted if you have not contacted us and received an authorization email prior to the return. Once we have authorized a return, we will ask that you print out our authorization email and enclose it with your return. We recommend you appropriately insure any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. You will not be reimbursed for the original postage and packing or return costs if you return an item for any reason other than DOA (defective on arrival).
