Frequently asked questions

Chances are you still have questions about Vapeboy or vaping in general. Here we will attempt to answer the most commonly asked questions. Have a question not covered here? Let us know!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world, however we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for any associated duties that may be required at the border. We are not responsible for any potential duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major international debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, however we’d really love you to pay us via Direct Debit, or ideally with Bitcoin.

Something is wrong with my delivery, what should I do?

Shopping with us should be hassle-free and in most cases, it is just that. However, as with any shop, occasionally something can go wrong with your order. If you are at all unhappy with an item, or with the service offered, please contact us and we will make it right for you.

What kind of e-liquid do you produce?

We pride ourselves on offering the best and the most unique e-juice on the market today. We do not use diacetyl, food colouring, artificial sweeteners or nothing else weird of any sort. If the local farmer’s market made e-liquid, this would be it – all natural, organic and hand selected ingredients brewed in small batches. But enough talking, see for yourself.

How should I store my e-juice?

Ideally, you want to store your e-juice somewhere cool (not higher than room temperature) and dark. Light can adversely affect your e-juice, and it’s especially important to store it somewhere dark if its bottle is clear. You also want to keep them away from pets and children, like you would do with any product containing nicotine.

Should I steep my e-juice, and how do I do it?

The notion of steeping an e-liquid may sound somewhat bizarre at first, however some aficionados swear that steeping an e-juice can add more flavor, texture, and dynamism to it. Steeping can make the liquid taste better, smell better, or just have a more mellow or more sophisticated flavor. It can increase its “throat hit” as well. The only way to find out is by experiment. To do it, you should allow the chemicals in the e-juice to mix, mellow and interact. Some folks prefer to steep it with the cap on, while others swear that you need to leave it off. Take off (or don’t) the cap and leave the juice in a cool dark place for anywhere between one to fourteen days, shaking it periodically. Please chime in with your experiences and help fellow vapers by leaving steeping reviews for each individual e-juice you experiment with.

Will your juice crack my tank?

If you use a juice delivery system that has some sort of plastic tank, like some clearomizers and rebuildable atomizers, there are some juices that may indeed cause your tank to crack over time. It is generally recommended that you use a device that doesn’t have a plastic tank. Anodized aluminum, stainless steel and glass are all recommended over plastic. If you do decide to use a device with a plastic tank however, you may want to avoid juices with citrus, menthol, anise (licorice) or other acidic flavorings, as they are known for damaging plastics over time.
